Top damaged and can be re-skined or use the way it is (see pic) , has had Fiberglass repair , unit will not lift all the way up, May need cable work or replacement of back lift rails , interior is in very good condition, canvas are also in good condition with no tears or mold ,
full stand up shower , furnace, we just cant get to this project to repair , must be sold as is or trade
